What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If that’s not the case, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your Mirtillo, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Portugal: usually 2–4 business days
- Other locations in Europe: around 5–10 business days depending on your location
However, please note that these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. Shipping may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs, or public holidays.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can change or cancel it by contacting us either via email at mirtillo.brand@gmail.com or on Instagram @mirtillo.brand. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How much does shipping cost?
Portugal: 3€
Other locations in Europe: 6,35€
You can also choose to pick up your order in Lisbon, either near Marquês or in Lapa. If you’d like to do this, please contact us via Instagram (@mirtillo.brand) to arrange the details.
